Our service starts with the very basic – and value for money - service offered to our student groups and goes all the way through to the highly structured and comprehensive service provided to our school groups. And we can provide anything in-between.

Our adult group customers come from all walks of life – friends and families having a reunion, corporate groups away on a team building or annual bonus weekend, work colleagues getting together from different areas of the country just because they want to – the reasons for going vary as much as the groups themselves.

And we can tailor our service to be of interest to anybody, at whatever level of involvement they want from us. Some groups have just asked us to supply a coach. Others want a coach trip to a value for money self catering French resort, where they can ski and relax for a week without breaking the bank. Still others are away for the weekend, money is less of a problem and comfort is an issue – so we have booked them onto scheduled airlines and to stay in a four star hotel. And then we have organised apres ski events, welcome aperitifs on arrival, group dinners in specific restaurants and torchlit descents – all of these can be inclusive – we just need to know what you want to include at some stage before you travel.

Your holiday experience starts before you leave the country, not with a call centre in Bangladesh, but with our charming and competent staff in our office in Bristol. First rate administration minimises headaches from day 1, and we go out of our way to achieve this. In resort, our staff are experienced, capable, motivated, well connected, bi (if not tri) lingual, and well used to the disciplines of problem avoidance and solving.
