We like our weeks to be well organised, and we stick as closely as we can to these typical timings. However, we are aware that it is a holiday, not a boot camp, and we try to maintain a relaxed and flexible attitude, as far as we can. Some timings are critical on busy weeks, and we will ask you to help us maintain the quality of everybody’s week by sticking to them.

Generally, each day of the week follows this outline, with slight variations, depending mainly on which apres-ski event your group is doing. There may be variations in lesson times, and this would impact on the time you went to lunch. The time of dinner in the hotel can be changed to suit you, although this is easier achieved when you have filled the hotel, and there is no-one else to consider.
On the final evening, most groups will ask their students to pack most of their belongings, ready for departure on the following day. Most hotels need some rooms to be vacated on the morning of your departure day, after breakfast. If this is the case, we arrange for use of rooms to shower and change in before departure. The exact arrangements for this will be explained to you well in advance, so that you can organise your group.
On the departure day, there is a full day skiing, there is the normal lunch, followed by the final return of hired equipment. Then the group will shower and change into travelling clothes, load the coach before dinner, and around 17.30 there will be a full three course meal. As soon as everybody has eaten, you board the coach and depart for Calais, usually around 18.30.
