It is a condition of booking that all travellers have adequate specialist winter sports insurance. Cover should be at least equal to the policy described in our brochure. You may purchase our policy or you may provide your own. If you provide your own, we require you to complete and return to us an insurance indemnity form which you can obtain from us on request. This is also available on our website. There is a section on our "Insurance" page specifically to assist you with this requirement. In the absence of the insuranceindemnity form, we will add the cost of our own insurance policy back on to the cost of your holiday. This condition is in-line with ABTA policy guidelines.

If you choose to use your own insurance policy, you should ensure that, as a bare minimum, medical expenses and repatriation cover are included as well as third party liability. Winter sports cover should be included where necessary. The EHIC is not an adequate substitute for insurance cover. It would be preferable if cancellation, delay, incidental costs and baggage cover were also included.

You are, of course, entirely free to make your own arrangements, but if you do so, we require you to sign this insurance indemnity form, and this is specified in our booking conditions. This form in no way limits the legal obligations to you where the providers of your holiday / travel arrangements (such as a tour operator, hotel, or coach company) are at fault, and these obligations are also specified in our booking conditions.
