Hotel Asplenia
Centrally situated, the Hotel Asplenia is an unpretentious, friendly, value for money hotel, and just a 350m flat walk from the ski slopes.
A small bar, adjacent dining room and a gathering and socialising room downstairs in the basement comprise the public and communal areas.
The bedrooms are on two upper floors, and range from singles to rooms for four. All are en-suite, of course.
Food is plentiful, hot and tasty, and the hotel offers a selection of wines, both by the carafe and by the bottle.
Town is another 5 minute walk in the opposite direction from the slopes.
It is easy to get around either on foot, or by using the free local shuttle bus, which runs during the day, three times every hour.

Hotel Bucaneve
As the only British tour operator with whom the mercurial Alberto Gradassi will work, we feel honoured that such a charming hotel should fall to us to sell on the British market.
With a new entrance porch retaining a lot of heat in the entrance area of the hotel, first impressions are already good. Subsequent impressions are of an elegant hotel, beautifully maintained by it’s owner managers, with total respect for the feel of the original building, built very much in the Alpine style, back in the 1950s. Bedrooms are pretty, warm and beautifully decorated, the piano bar on the mezzanine floor at the back of the restaurant is just the place to sit and relax after dinner, and share a bottle of wine and ski stories.
But the jewel in the crown is undoubtedly the food. A copious buffet breakfast with freshly cooked croissants, fruit, cheese and cooked meats, is followed in the evening by a main meal as noted for it’s variety, quality and quantity as it is for the skill and enthusiasm with which it is served. Don’t start a diet when you come to stay here – give in to the temptation, if only for a week, and embrace the excellent, and very typical Italian culinary experience that you are about to undertake.
Just 250m from the main slopes at Campo Smith, the Bucaneve could hardly be better situated – a nice warm up stroll in the morning, and a loosener in the afternoon, after the exertions of the day.

Hotel Europa
If you want to guarantee the quality of your stay in a hotel, book into one that is owner managed. This is how you can be sure that maintenance, cleanliness, catering and standard of service will all be of the highest standard. And this is as true of the Hotel Europa as of anywhere else in the world.
The hotel is arranged as two separate blocks, one for the bar and dining room, and one for the bedrooms, and this arrangement serves very well to ensure the tranquillity of the bedrooms. There is a private parking courtyard for cars. The situation is on the outskirts of the town, in a very tranquil area, surrounded by mountains and if you are early enough in the morning you may spot the occasional deer coming down to feed in the adjacent meadows.
Bedrooms are mostly for two or three, but there are some family rooms for four or more when young children suggest that this should be the case. All rooms are en-suite, with showers. The owners, Bruno, Paola and their son Marco all take a great pride in the presentation of the services, and a warm welcome is assured.
